The Relationship Between Organizational Administrations HappinessLevels and Their Self Efficacy Levels
The aim of this research is to specify the relationship between the happiness and self-efficacy levels of the organizational administrators.This study is survey model,and its population consists of the university rector and sub rectors and director of school and head of department which are the Mongolian University of Life Sciences.The management team involved in the survey was 52 people.The correlation coefficient was calculated and the methods of One-Way ANOVA,and cronbha alpha and Kruskal-Wallis were used for the sub-problem.The results of the analysis suggest that happiness and self-efficacy levels of the administrators according to their perceptions can be 31 people or 59.6 percent 5 level and,11 people or 21.2 percent 4 level and,10 people or 19.2 percent 6 level was answer.Total people involved in the survey self-efficacy level very high was 94.2 percent.The self-efficacy levels can explain to 39.4 percent their administrator happiness levels.
