Research on Impact Evaluation of ISO Standards on China's GB Based on C4.5 Model

　　Based on the standards of the International Organization for Standardization(ISO)and China National Standard Organization(GB),this paper constructs the evaluation Index system from five aspects of adopted Intensity,adopted validity,adopted width,Conversion efficiency and adopted viscosity,combined with the characteristics of the standard field industry.Firstly,descriptive analysis and calculation of the five indicators are carried out.Then this paper analyzes the situations of ISO affecting Chinese national standards of different properties based on C4.5 model,and makes use of standard database to carry out empirical research.As the results shows,the ISO standards influences most on the China's recommended national standard(GB/T),the second is on the mandatory national standard(GB),and the ISO standards has the least influence on the guiding national standard(GB/Z).At the same time,according to the model,a five-step ladder level of influence of the ISO standards is proposed.
