RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF RCC RAW MATERIAL AND MIXTURE RATIO IN HUANGDENG DAM
The retaining structure of Huangdeng hydropower station is RCC gravity dam with the maximum height of 203m,which is the highest RCC gravity dam built in China.In order to improve the crack resistance and durability of RCC,the research on raw materials and mix ratio of RCC,the research on interlayer bonding characteristics of RCC,the research on shear resistance and impermeability,and the research on the full gradation performance of RCC are discussed respectively,the application principle and quality index of concrete raw material and the standard system of RCC construction quality control are put forward,and in the engineering practice and application.As of July 2019,the reservoir has been storing water and generating electricity for more than a year,and the seepage flow of the dam and foundation is only 8.6 L/s,of which the dam body is only 0.5L/s,with no cracks found.It is verified that the dam concrete quality and interlayer quality control effect is good and significant.
