APPLICATION OF FUKO GROUTING PIPE IN CONTACT GROUTING FOR HUANGDENG HYDROPOWER DAM

　　The G300 FUKO contact grouting pipe is adopted for the dam construction in Huangdeng Dam.During the construction process,the G300 FUKO contact grouting pipe is embedded.Compared with the traditional construction methods,this method has following merits: there is no need to make a hole or dig a pit at the bedrock surface;the G300 FUKO contact grouting pipe can be directly arranged and connected into the grout return pipe and form a grouting loop to make grouting in a row way instead of in a point,so that the grout can diffuse more evenly;the contact grouting process with G300 FUKO pipe will not affect CPM(Critical Path Method)period of concrete pouring,so as to accelerate the rising speed of the dam monolith abutting the slope and ensure the construction progress and project quality;the G300 FUKO contact grouting pipe has one-way flow non-return ability and can realize repeated grouting;and a relatively independent vent system will avoid choking up the vent pipeline during the concreting process.
