RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF KEY CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF HUANGDENG HYDROPOWER STATION

  HuangDeng hydropower station is the highest RCC dam project that has been built in China,with the highest dam height of 203m and a total installed capacity of 1900MW.The project was river-closed in November 2013 and the first unit was put into operation in July 2018.According to the characteristics of the project,which is located in the hot and dry valley,the temperature difference between day and night is large,the mountain slope is steep,the geological conditions are complex,the layout is compact,the temperature control and crack prevention is difficult,the construction is difficult,the construction period is tight,etc.The key technology of construction organization design is studied deeply and put into practice,which achieve good results and benefits.Adopt one large and one small,one high and one low diversion tunnel layout,no temporary diversion hole in the dam body.The arc-shaped working door at the outlet of the small diversion tunnel can be controlled to discharge and flexibly meet the requirements of diversion and water supply to the downstream during the construction period;Based on the comprehensive measures such as foundation replacement,concrete wall protection at cofferdam foot,and reinforced stone cage series at cofferdam surface,the scour prevention problem of 2m distance between upstream cofferdam and inlet of diversion tunnel is effectively solved;By means of consolidation grouting,prestressed anchoring,drainage and other comprehensive measures,the design problems of the large section arc gate at the outlet of the 80m high head diversion tunnel with the soft foundation of phyllific slate have been effectively solved.;In the outlet of the diversion tunnel,the energy dissipation at the bottom of the small drop is set up,and the concrete anti-scour wall is connected with the concrete anchor plate on the two sides of the bank,which effectively solves the problem of brushing and stability of the downstream bank slope.The maximum bottom width of the dam is 160m,which is poured without longitudinal joint,and the temperature control level is 3~ 6m.The temperature control standard is high,and the difficulty of temperature control is large;The fine temperature control design is carried out to reasonably determine the temperature control standard,interlayer treatment and layer covering requirements to meet the high performance,crack resistance and durability of concrete.Combined with the characteristics of dam concrete placing,the direct pouring by dumper transport,belt conveyor +full pipe pouring and other efficient and flexible ways;To ensure the quality of the dam construction,Digital Huangdeng dam construction quality control and management information system has been developed.By the dam concrete temperature control intelligent monitoring subsystem,a new model of automatic collection,management,analysis,evaluation,early warning and prediction of temperature control elements of RCC dam and the whole process,as well as a personalized intelligent water cooling system has been developed,which realized the high-quality construction of the dam and create a precedent for the concrete of high dam without temperature cracks.
