SIMULATION ANALYSIS OF RCC DAM CONSTRUCTION BASED ON TEMPERATURE CONTROL
To in construction process of RCC dam temperature inside the real-time dynamic monitoring and formulate the corresponding temperature control measures,so as to reduce the cracks caused by temperature stress,based on the analysis of construction process simulation is presented in this paper,the data related to the construction simulation results to establish the finite element analysis model,a concrete temperature rise along with the change of pouring time combined with actual situation real-time dynamic exerts initial temperature,the dam dam pouring temperature,the temperature change over time,water temperature and load conditions,such as the boundary conditions.Based on the load step of the construction program,the temperature field simulation calculation is realized by using the secondary development function of ANSYS,and the temperature control calculation module of corresponding temperature control measures is carried out.The simulation analysis system from dam construction through concrete cooling to quasi-stable temperature field is established.The example shows that the system provides a simulation and analysis tool of RCC temperature field based on construction simulation program,and has flexibility and practicability.
