STUDY ON NEW INSULATION AND MOISTURIZING TECHNOLOGY FOR CONCRETE SURFACE OF HIGH ALTITUDE DRY AND COLD VALLEY DAM
Adopting effective insulation and moisturizing measures on the concrete surface of the dam in the dry and cold valleys of Tibet is the key to ensuring the quality of concrete,however,at present,the concrete surface of the dam concrete at home and abroad is adhered to the scheme of sticking polystyrene board or spraying foamed polyurethane insulation,unable to adapt to Tibets special climate and high environmental requirements.In order to ensure the quality of the dam concrete,in accordance with the concept of energy saving and environmental protection,on-site comparative experimental research was carried out to verify the effect of the new thermal insulation process.The test results show that,a rubber sponge is used as the heat insulating layer,the film and the water-passing tube form a moisturizing layer,and are strengthened by a bead and a bolt,it can make the concrete surface meet the standard curing conditions and achieve the purpose of crack prevention on the dam concrete surface,at the same time,economic and environmental protection can be used for similar projects.
