Systematic Engineering Training based on Intelligent Learning Factory

  Nowadays,engineering training aims to specific technique is much more popular than systematic one.And training courses commonly lag behind industry frontier.To solving above problems,an intelligent learning factory is constructed as the experimental platform,which contains machining,inspecting,assembling and logistics units.Based on it,systematic engineering training programs are put forward.From the point of view of product rather than single technique,a case-oriented practice curriculum is proposed,which runs through the whole lifecycle of specific product.From the view of production system,a systematic curriculum of plant planning and operation is proposed to accomplish specific production task.Furthermore,advanced industrial technologies are integrated into both the curriculum and platform,such as digital technology,AR,internet of things,and etc.In this way,students cannot only get systematic practice training through realization from idea to finished product,but also be cultivated with innovation consciousness through application of industry frontier technologies.
