The Effect of Connotation Construction of Engineering Training on Cultivating Innovative Talents in Modern Engineering Education
Modem industrial training is an important part of educational practice for modem engineering.At present,the practical system of engineering education in our colleges and universities has changed from the basic practice and comprehensive practice to the progressive systematic and multi-level design innovation.The contents of initial engineering training project belongs to the level of basic practice.However,with the development and expansion of engineering training centers in the various schools,the practical resources have been improved continuously in the recent years.On this basis,the requirements of talent knowledge system and innovative practical ability for the Made in China 2025 and Intelligent Manufacturing will continue to promote the development of the connotation of engineering training.The construction mainly includes reform of the curriculum system,the update of the course content,the improvement of teaching methods and teaching methods,the organic linking of different training items,the effective use of resources,and the serving of student needs.Through these connotations,engineering training will become an important part of innovation practice gradually.
