Research and Practice on Safety Culture System of Engineering Training
The construction of New Engineering provides with a new perspective for the theoretical and practical exploration of engineering education,which presents a new challenge to the reform and development of Higher Engineering Education.As an important carrier for engineering education of universities,the teaching system and curriculum system of Engineering Training Center is also constantly expanding and innovating which keeps developing,engineering education,so a safe environment for engineering training practice teaching is very important.Therefore,a safety culture for engineering training,which is based on the concept of student-centered,prevention-oriented,and safety-first,is established to meet the requirements for safety protection of engineering training under the background of the New Engineering discipline.In the process of engineering training teaching,the safety culture for engineering training is used to shape every student who participates in engineering training in order to inspire students consciousness for “safe training,then the students can use safety consciousness to promote safe behavior for “safe training.The safety culture for engineering training is established which is a long-term security guarantee mechanism to ensure safe teaching.So the safety culture system of engineering training is to meet the needs for training teaching requirements.After practical verification,the actual effect is significant.
