Practice and Research of Non-Mechanical Engineering training adapted to Modern Engineering Technology

　　The innovation and development of engineering training must adapt to the change of societys demand for engineering talents.From the point of view of talent demand,all kinds of talents in modern society should be compound talents and should have strong ability to adapt to the society.Self-development and competitiveness.Non-mechanical students lack engineering knowledge,engineering materials and engineering quality.Through engineering training,students can acquire basic knowledge and simple operation ability in mechanical manufacturing,electrical and electronic technology,computer technology,automation technology,etc.The comprehensive quality such as independent work ability is improved in an all-round way.In this paper,The non-mechanical engineering training practice teaching carries on the exploration and research.
