Demands and Cultivating Approaches of Engineering Talents with the Modern Industry Development

  The future industry is characterized by high digital and intelligent production mode,self-organizing machines,distributed production organization,customized production process and delayering network production organization mode.Thus,new connotation is endowed to engineering talent which involves technique and skill.On base of practice and innovation training of engineering talent of Beijing chemical engineering university,the training problems of engineering talent are analyzed.And then the goal,pattern,innovation reform practice of engineering talent cultivation are put forward according to modern enterprise demand.Practice teaching curriculum system is constructed by optimizing the curriculum on base of the application background of digital factory.At last,new training modes of talents involving the modern apprenticeship and school-enterprise cooperation are come forward to cultivate students consciousness of engineering and the capacity of practice,idea of innovation.
