Exploration of the Training Mode of Excellent Engineers in Engineering Training

　　This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of current engineering training in training excellent engineers to meet the goal of training excellent engineers in the country.In view of the ability requirements of the excellent engineer,this paper expounds the training mode of excellent engineers in engineering training from the two aspects of practice teaching content innovation and practice teaching method innovation.As an engineering practice teaching base and engineering quality training base,engineering training center exerts its resource advantages.A multi-level practical teaching content including basic,applied and extended training is designed.The diversified practice teaching method based on CDIO and reverse classroom teaching is discussed.Finally,we have trained high-level practical engineers with strong adaptability and innovative spirit for engineering practice.
