Modern Engineering Talents Cultivation under the Background of Industry Transformation and Upgrading

　　Industrial transformation and upgrading is the strategic direction of current national economic development.It involves sciential and technical updates of various industrial development areas,and will put forward new and urgent reform requirements for the training mode,method and content of engineering talents.Supply-side structural reform accelerates the transformation and upgrading of industries.As a perspective of supply-side reform to lead industry transformation and upgrading,this paper expound the new requirements of engineering talents cultivation in the road of national renewal.It is considered that the reform of engineering talents training mode must be first established on the basis of the thinking mode transformation,continually deepen reform of engineering education teaching and to strengthen the construction of courses,practice guidance and general quality education.Emphasis on innovation education to deepen the supply-side reform,at the same time supply-side reform will further promote the development of innovation education.Have to set up the innovation education idea,explore innovative teaching methods.We must profoundly rethink social problems caused by blindly pursuing economic growth in terms of thinking mode transformation,teaching reform and creative education.Simultaneously,we should profoundly think about the relationship between industrial transformation and upgrading and the cultivation of engineering talents from the perspective of Marxism in order to adjust to the reform of talent cultivating mode demanded by modern industrial development.
