Young Teachers Cognition and Reflection on Practice Teaching of Engineering Training in Colleges and Universities
Engineering training has become an indispensable part in the training of high-quality talents,and higher and higher requirements are placed on the quality of engineering training practice teaching.At present,there are still some problems and deficiencies in the teaching methods and curriculum setting of engineering training practice teaching.In order to achieve better teaching results,it is still necessary to constantly explore and improve.This paper proposes the existing problems and solutions in the practice teaching of engineering training,and the advantages and effects that young teachers play in the reform of engineering training practice teaching.At the same time,it also puts forward the insufficiency of young teachers in practical teaching reforms and the corresponding improvement methods,and draws young teachers as the backbone of practical training in engineering training,and they should give full play to their advantages,make full use of resources,seize opportunities,and improve themselves.The comprehensive ability contributes to the reform of practical training in engineering training and promotes the deepening of the reform and development of practical teaching.It provides suggestions and directions for the young teachers in the practical teaching reform of engineering training,and there is some reference for teachers in engineering training.
