Analysis of the Construction of College Education Teachers Team in the Perspective of Innovation and Entrepreneurship
There are many problems in the process of building innovation and entrepreneurship education faculty in Chinese universities,such as shortage of teachers,lack of entrepreneurial experience,backward environmental construction and outdated teaching methods.In order to solve these problems,in view of innovation education,the research on innovation and Entrepreneurship of college teachers as the research object,using the research methods of literature survey and theoretical analysis,based on the present situation of the construction of teachers of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities,analyzes the existing problems,through drawing lessons from the advanced experience of foreign universities,put forward effective measures of the construction of teaching staff in our innovative entrepreneurship education.And from the aspects of team building,management mechanism,external cooperation and incentive mechanism construction,this paper puts forward specific strategies that are suitable for our universitys innovation and entrepreneurship education faculty construction.
