Discussion on the construction of teaching staff in engineering training center of Universities

摘要：

　　The construction of teaching staff is an important guarantee for improving the quality of engineering training as well as an important factor in enhancing the overall quality of students.With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous renewal of engineering practice,teachers are faced with the situation of age structure,knowledge structure,educational level and engineering accomplishment.This paper analyzes the current problems of engineering training teachers in higher engineering colleges,and puts forward measures to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in engineering training centers.
