The Application of Project-based Teaching in Teachers Training in Vocational Education
Project-based teaching means that the student personally handles the whole process of a project under the guidance of a teacher.During this process,he learns and masters the teaching content within the teaching plan,and organizes or arranges learning activities in whole or in part and solves the problems encountered in the process of the project.This teaching mode enhances the students interest and mobilizes their learning enthusiasm.Through the application of project-based teaching in the training of teachers,the traditional mode of teaching is changed,it solves the problem of disconnection between theory and practice,especially the way of teaching and ability formation.It not only enhances the studentsability of discovering,analyzing and solving problems,but also enhances the trainees team awareness and project management capabilities.This type of training is a useful exploration for the teacher training with high technical skills in multidisciplinary cross integration.
