Building A Platform for Student Independent Practice and Cultivating Top-notch Innovative Talents
In the era of Internet sharing economy,cultivating students innovative ability has become an important part of teaching reform in Colleges and universities.This paper,based on the practice of cultivating the top innovation talents in the school of mechanical and electronic engineering of East China University of Technology,takes the student competition in the grasp,builds a student independent practice platform.The CDIO international engineering education idea is applied to explore the optimization training scheme through interdisciplinary integration of disciplines,deepen the reform of practice teaching,and form a new teaching with competition project as the main line,teachers as dominant and students as the main body.Summarizing the training system from freshman to the senior;building the three levels of progressive content of basic,comprehensive and innovative entrepreneurship,and to promote the quality of talent training.Practice has proved that it has good effect.It is aimed to provide some enlightenment for the related brother colleges and universities.
