Application and Practice of Virtual Simulation Technology in Robot Experimental Teaching
Traditional robot training is often restricted by conditions such as equipment and sites.It cant complete the design of robots in complex environments anytime and anywhere.Virtual Simulation Technology which is used to accurately simulate real and complex physical environments are combined with traditional robot experimental training,which construct a combination of virtual and real robot teaching training system.The training system is an effective way to promote the practical teaching of robots.Taking the virtual and real robot experimental training center of Hebei University of Technology as an example,taking the virtual simulation technology as the starting point,based on the physical design platform of robots,and exerting their respective advantages,the complementary structure of the “virtual and practical platform has been formed.The paper designs the experimental training content of virtualization promotes reality,virtualization combined with realityand constructs a multi-type,multi-level,modularized experimental teaching system,and realizes a resource sharing mechanism combining theory and practice.Practice has proved that the experimental teaching system of virtualization combined with reality enriches the content of experimental,mobilizes the enthusiasm of students,and makes the experiments are more effective.Suggestions and reference are provided for construction of virtual simulation experimental teaching centers of robots for other universities.
