Emerging Engineering Oriented Research on The Practice-teaching System of Mechanical Manufacturing Courses Group
Nowadays Chinese transformation form a manufacturer of quantity to one of quality needs a lot of advanced engineers in the field of mechanical manufacturing.And mechanical manufacturing courses group play an essential role to cultivate students who major in mechanical design and manufacturing.Mechanical manufacturing courses group are engineering application oriented curriculum which combines theory with practice thoroughly.The practice teaching program usually consists of two parts,namely experiments and engineering training.The current state in our university is that there are few linkages between the experiments and engineering training,even among the sub-procedures during the engineering training.In addition,the practice teaching contents are old-fashioned and disjoined with the actual production.So under the background of Emerging Engineering,it will be discussed how to integrate the experiments and engineering training into an organic whole with new technology,new process and new material.It will be studied from many aspects,such as contents,time,space,etc.With this new model,the practice teaching procedure will be much closer to the actual production than the current one.Students interest in learning will be stimulated and their professional quality will be improved efficiently.At the same time,students engineering leadership,engineering innovation and entrepreneurship ability will be trained through teamwork during practice teaching,which are the urgent demands placed on engineering education with the social progress and economic development.
