Research on the Training Mechanism of the Creativeness of Interdisciplinary Orient to the Product Complete Process

　　With the development of social economy in our country,the demand for innovative engineering talents with comprehensive ability is increasing constantly,so new requirements are put forward for the cultivation of engineering talents in colleges and universities.Based on the definition and connotation of new engineering,this paper analyzes the problem existing in the current traditional engineering education.It is pointed out that the cultivation of interdisciplinary engineering innovation ability oriented to the product complete process is one of the important developing trends of engineering talents training,which aims at the cultivation of interdisciplinary engineering innovation ability and is driven by product demand under the background of new engineering.By means of structured knowledge acquisition and transformation,this paper discusses and explores the training system and mechanism of interdisciplinary engineering talents based on the deep integration of college and enterprise.
