Reform and Practice of Practical Training Teaching Mode Under the Background of Engineering Education

　　During the construction of emerging engineering education,colleges and universities have placed special emphasis on the reform of talents training model under the engineering background,especially the importance of engineering practice skill training of engineering students.Closely connected with the emerging engineering education background and teaching needs,the article carries out exploration and reform on new engineering teaching mode of “virtuality complement with reality,training combine with innovation.By improving the teaching resources of engineering training,applying virtual simulation technology to engineering training teaching,combining innovative design with comprehensive characteristics training,strengthening diversified engineering training and personnel training modes,and improving practical training conditions,the innovative quality and practice ability of college students can be effectively improved.
