Study on Reform of Engineering Training Practice Teaching Facing Modern Engineering Ability Training
Subject competition,which plays a unique and irreplaceable role in cultivating the students comprehensive innovation ability,optimizing the training process of talent and improving the quality of engineering education,has the special function of innovative education which is beyond the reach of conventional teaching.In view of the correlation between subject competition and the cultivation of College Students comprehensive innovation ability,Engineering Training Center has created a five-in-oneprecision teachingtraining model with student-centered as the philosophy,subject competition projects as the guidance,theory course teaching as the foundation,manufacturing technology training as the means and comprehensive innovation ability as the goal.Remarkable achievements have been achieved in subject competition under the guidance of “five-in-one model,which have a certain reference effect for the engineering education reform under the new situation.
