Research on the Application of Developmental Evaluation Model in the Teaching of Engineering Training Course
Engineering training course is a technical basic course,which key content is engineering practice teaching.Traditional method of teaching evaluation does not apply to students learning in the process of engineering training teaching in the new era.The developmental evaluation model is a new teaching evaluation model with characteristics of student-centered,teacher-leaded,procedural,comprehensiveness,self-assessment and promoting development in an all-round way of college students.Learning ability and engineering practice ability of college students are constantly improved,through the process of study of engineering knowledge,training of engineering basic skills,problem analyzing ability,problem solving ability,self-summary ability and other skills.The corresponding ability is reasonably evaluated,using the evaluation items of the master degree of knowledge,the standardization of operation,the rationality of the design,the science of the process,the accuracy of manufacturing,the reliability of the results,the comprehensiveness of the analysis and summary,and so on.Through the engineering training and ability evaluation,college students will continually promote their engineering practice skills,optimize self-quality structure,improve themselves and develop themselves,and after that,they will promote the coordinated development in an all-round way.
