Exploration and Research on the Evaluation System for Engineering Training
Through analyzing the teaching characteristics and mode of the engineering training,the problems of teaching evaluation system were researched;implement teaching evaluation was discussed effectively;and the negative impact of teacher-student evaluation over came beneficially.The three-level network evaluation was built based on “four-module and multi-function.The students evaluation of teaching,the feedback of supervise,the query of teacher,the analysis of administrator were also achieved.The teacher-student mutual evaluation was completed.The teaching was supervised by Supervision effectively.Student evaluation of teaching is an important part about the evaluation of teachers teaching level and about teaching management in colleges and universities.It is also an important means on promoting the improvement of teaching quality.Teacher evaluation of teaching is an important measure for assessing students learning effectiveness and is an important method for supervising students to improve their learning quality.The network evaluation system is running smoothly,and has consummated the teaching quality supervision system of engineering training.The evaluation of teaching really achieved the goal of improving teaching and improving teaching effectiveness.
