Research on Reform of Engineering Training in Local Universities Based on Blended Learning
Under the background of Industry 4.0,the education of higher engineering is bound to undergo allround changes.Engineering training,as the largest engineering practice teaching link with the largest teaching scale and the number of students,still has a wide range of problems,such as lagging teaching content and single teaching mode.Based on blended learning concept,on the basis of fully considering the engineering training characteristics,this paper takes industrial robot engineering training teaching as an example,from teaching mode,teaching design,teaching methods,evaluation system and so on,made an active exploration of teaching reform for local universities engineering training practice,to promote engineering training teaching can meet the demand of new generation engineering talents cultivation.First,the reform of engineering training should start with the construction of digital teaching resources,because the abundant digital teaching resources are the necessary foundation for the teaching mode to be transformed from traditional classroom teaching to blended learning.Secondly,reasonable teaching design is carried out at the core of ability cultivation,combining with advanced teaching methods and assessment evaluation,so that the engineering training teaching can obtain better teaching benefits in limited periods,solve the problem of periods and student/teacher ratio.
