Research on the Reform and Practice of Engineering Training Welding Practice Teaching

　　The traditional metalworking practice is transitioning to engineering training.The connotation of metalworking practice will change dramatically.In terms of teaching concepts,the training mode of learning technical skills and transforming students ideological style has been transformed into the cultivation of knowledge and culture,and the cultivation of students practical and creative abilities.This article analyzes how to stimulate students interest in learning welding,deepen teaching reforms,implement modular teaching,highlights training priorities,categorizes teaching,and does a good job of demonstrating guidance.The teaching methods should be continuously updated,and the links of practical teaching should be grasped.Continuously sum up teaching experience and improve teaching innovation consciousness.
