Investigation Into the Operation and Guarantee Mechanism of University Computer Room in the New Period
With the rapid development of computer networks,computer public room in universities is playing an increasingly important role in teaching and research.The computer room has become an important place for computer basic teaching,practice and scientific research in universities.The operating conditions of the computer room are closely related to the teaching quality and scientific research progress of the course.Therefore,it is necessary to study the operation and maintenance of the computer room in universities.The current situations of the operation and management of computer room in universities were analyzed,and the current problems and deficiencies were pointed out in this paper.And then,in response to the problems and deficiencies in the management and operation of the current computer room,relevant solutions have been proposed in terms of management system,software & hardware maintenance,and management personnels business level.Therefore,we can guarantee the computer room as a carrier of modern information technology which could give full play to its advantages in education,so that the computer room could better serve the school teaching and learning services for students.
