The Construction and Realization of the Practice Teaching System Dased on “Three Connections

　　In the context of application transformation of ordinary colleges and universities,it is a major problem to explore the new ideas of practical teaching reform and university talents supply.Based on the concept of“ three connections,aomni-directional and integrated practice teaching system is established building the professional chain for practice base construction,the curriculum content construction,professionalization in the process of training and the diversification of evaluation.After more than a year of practice operation,students professional skills and employment ability have been improved and the university talent cultivation and the last kilometer employment problem have also been solved.
