Design and Application of Standardized Operation Platform for Electric Welding Training
According to the requirements of the electric and gas welding teaching program in the engineering training,the operating methods and characteristics of electric welding are analyzed,and a set of standardized operating platform for electrical welding training is constructed by drawing on the experience of the school and combining the characteristics of the site.The standardized operating platform includes two parts: teacher operation demonstration workbench and student electric welding operation platform.This kind of electric welding training standardization operating platform is mainly embodied in safety protection,environmental protection and convenient operation.The operation platform is relatively independent,equipped with dust removal and exhaust system,and the layout of the site is reasonable.The platform is conducive to improving the safety of students electric welding training and the effectiveness of teachers guidance and supervision.At the same time,it can enhance students interest in training and training effect and provide students with the possibility of developing personalized training.
