Research on the School-Enterprise Cooperative Mode Based on “Innovation-Drive and Integrated Development

  Nowadays the universities in our country pay more and more attention to the “school-enterprise cooperation,but there is no systematic research mode for the “cooperation itself.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research on the school-enterprise cooperation,this paper puts forward a model of school-enterprise cooperation with the core of “innovation driven and integrated development.The cooperation mode has three key elements.First,“innovative project-driven method is presented to conduct horizontal project research,establish research institutes,set up transformation platforms for industry-university-research,and develop emerging industries.Second,schools and enterprises jointly establish training base,explor curriculum system and optimiz teaching staff.Thus,the integration chain and practice field based on the cooperation between the two main bodies,school and enterprise,are constructed.Third,a quality evaluation system of personnel training based on “double line monitoring,six party evaluation and annual quality report is improved.In a word,considering the three factors mentioned above,the talent training based on the model of school-enterprise cooperation is expected to obtain the effect of“1+1>2.
