Modelling the anaerobic treatment of urban wastewater: application to AnMBR technology
The extended model BNRM2S was used for modelling the anaerobic treatment of sulphate-rich urban wastewater (UWW) by AnMBR technology.The model was calibrated and validated using data from an AnMBR pilot plant built with industrial-scale hollow-fibre membranes.The extended model BNRM2S adequately reproduced the performance of the AnMBRplant.
