Electromechanical Products Manufacturing Process Modeling Based on Approximate Model and Process Data
Manufacturing process contains many important information that affects the reliability of the product.How to fully utilize the process data to model the manufacturing process is the premise for effective monitoring, diagnosis, optimization and control of the manufacturing process, which is important for ensuring the quality of electromechanical products and production efficiency.The traditional manufacturing process modeling method has a large demand for process data and fewer influence factors having been considered,and it is difficult to solve the increasingly complex and diverse discrete manufacturing process modeling problems.Therefor this paper proposes a modeling method of electromechanical product manufacturing process based on approximate model and process data,which has little dependence on process data and can comprehensively consider the influencing factors of manufacturing process.Firstly, the finite element simulation method is used to establish the multi-physics simulation model of electromechanical products based on the manufacturing process data.Secondly, for the influencing factors of several types of manufacturing processes, the injection method of the characterization parameters in the simulation model is determined.Thirdly, based on the simulation model, the approximate model of manufacturing process parameters and performance parameters of electromechanicai products are constructed.Finally, the key procedures are determined according to the established approximate model, which provides a basis for the monitoring of the manufacturing process of electromechanical products.Through the application of the proposed method, a certain type of aerospace electromagnetic relay is taken as an example to establish the manufacturing process modeling and determine key procedures, which further explains the specific application method of the proposed method and verify its effectiveness.
