Reliability Evaluation Method and Simulation of Sampling Test for Transient Electronic Products
The electronic equipment with transient working sequence, its function is in a silent state for a long time, and there is no external excitation and working response, however, its working reliability is still affected by the storage environment factors (such as temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.) and the technological level in the production process.In this paper, a sampling test scheme and simulation method for transient electronic products reliability are proposed.A prior distribution model before sampling inspection is established, then a sampling test scheme for reliability is designed and the reliability trend prediction model of the transient electronic products which is waiting to be used is established.Finally, the validity of the reliability sampling test scheme is verified by experiments.
