Study on the Structural Design and Test Verification of Composite Filter Electrical Connector
The paper takes the models application as the background, by focusing on the interference situation of multi-core cable in different systems working at different frequencies, different filtering characteristic parameters are designed and integrated together to realize the performance optimization of systems under radiation interference and the signal transmission accuracy and anti-interference ability of the system are improved.Based on the structural design and prototype production of composite filter electrical connector, the reliability of the prototype structure and the effectiveness of shielding efficiency were verified by shielding effectiveness test, so as to establish a technology platform of R&D(research and development) and testing of special ani-interference electrical connector that can meet the urgent need of anti-radiation reinforcement of systems of models in China.
