Vibration Simulation and Analysis of Automotive Electrical Connector Based on ABAQUS
Electrical connector is a kind of basic component that connects components, devices and systems through electrical signals.It can realize the transmission of electrical signals between electrical equipment and electronic equipment, so that the circuit can achieve predetermined functions.Automotive electrical connectors have a great impact on the reliability of various electrical systems used in automobiles, as a basic element used to connect the car electrical system, subjected to the vibration of the automobile running engine, The vibration that may occur when driving on roads of different roughness, will also be a leading to the connector of vibration excitation source.In this paper, using ABAQUS finite element simulation software for a certain type of automobile electrical connector under the vibration to simulation and analysis, further research for the data from the simulation and analysis, the vibration is important factor affecting the automobile electrical connector reliability,and different vibration levels have different impact on the reliability of the auto electrical connector.This conclusion can also provide some references for the design and optimization of automotive electrical connectors.
