Quality Consistency Detection Method of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on No-load Current
Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), as an electromechanical product, has many parts, complex technology and outstanding quality consistency problems.The dynamic eccentricity of the rotor is affected by both the stator and the rotor, which will directly affect the air gap, vibration, noise and reliability of the motor.At present, manufacturers lack the detection method of rotor dynamic eccentricity consistency.Based on the no-load current, this paper presents a method of rotor dynamic eccentricity consistency detection for all kinds of motors with strong applicability.Firstly, the relationship between no-load current and dynamic eccentric displacement of rotor is analyzed, and the current spectrum characteristics strongly related to dynamic eccentricity are extracted.Then, the fitting function between different eccentric displacement and characteristic harmonic content of no-load current is obtained by least square method, and the quantitative estimation of dynamic eccentricity is realized.Through Monte Carlo simulation, the influence of the decentralization of motor structural parameters on the consistency detection of motor rotor dynamic eccentricity is analyzed.Finally, a permanent magnet synchronous motor is taken as an example to test and analyze the quality consistency, and to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
