Study on the Influence of Single Stress on the Dynamic Characteristics of Electromagnetic Mechanism during the Process of Electromagnetic Relay Being Turned on
The single stress of power supply amplitude,frequency and distortion has different effects on the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic relay and the stability of the on-state.Studying the influence law of power supply variation on the dynamic characteristics of relays is of great significance for the design,optimization and rational selection of electromagnetic relays, and is one of the important contents of reliability research.In this paper, the static and dynamic mathematical model of the electromagnetic mechanism is established by using the AC electromagnetic relay prototype for small industrial control.The equation of state equation is established and the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic mechanism is simulated.According to the simulation results, the influence of the fluctuation of the power supply amplitude, frequency and distortion degree on the single stress of the relay on-time characteristic is studied, and the simulation characteristics of the electromagnetic mechanism can not be reliably absorbed under the influence of two stresses and three stresses.
