Study on Performance Degradation of Ship Relay under Vibration Conditions

  The working environment of ship relays is more complicated than land.These unfavorable external environments often cause the performance of ship relays to be reduced or even failed.Therefore, the author analyzes the degradation laws of various performance parameters of ship relays under different vibration conditions were analyzed.Combined with ship vibration law and related standards, a vibration test scheme for ship relay is proposed.The software and hardware design of the ships relay performance parameter detection system is completed and tested.Finally, the test data is processed and analyzed.The test results show that with 40-130 Hz, the contact resistance increases slowly with the increase of vibration acceleration, and the release and rebound time do not change significantly.The pick-up time increases and the fluctuation is most obvious.At the natural frequency of 160 Hz, all parameters have changed significantly and the fluctuations are very unstable.
