Research on Limit Life Test and Analysis System of Electromagnetic Relay Based on Combined Load

  The existing electromagnetic relay life test system can only carry out reliability test under single load type and fixed load grade.For the actual application conditions of relays, the reliability can only be evaluated by means of load equivalence or reduction.Obviously,this method can not accurately and adequately verify the limit life index of relay, so as to bury a huge hidden danger for the reliable use of load control system.In order to solve this problem, firstly, through the design of programmable load box, the arbitrary combination of resistive, inductive and surge load types and step-by-step adjustment of load parameters are realized, which can simulate the actual application load for life test.Secondly,the method of extracting characteristic parameters of actual load waveform is studied, and real-time acquisition is carried out in the process of life experiment.The system can provide reliable data for limit life evaluation, failure analysis and reliability optimization of electromagnetic relay under actual load conditions.
