A Discriminant Method of Accelerated Degradation Mechanism Consistency Based on Wiener Process
Accelerated degradation test methods provide an effective and feasible means for quickly assessing product reliability or life indicators, and thus become an important research direction in the field of reliability.Discriminating products failure mechanism consistency under normal conditions and acceleration conditions is a key link to ensure the effectiveness of accelerated degradation tests. In order to solve the problems of the existing methods for discriminating the failure mechanism consistency, such as time-consuming and labor-intensive operation, unclear physical meaning, poor resistance to test interference and unconsidered individual product differences, in this paper we proposea discriminant method of accelerated degradation mechanism consistency based on Wiener process.Firstly, based on the Wiener process degradation modeling method, the relationship between the stresses and the drift parameters when the failure mechanism is invariant is derived. Then, considering the influence of individual differences on the drift parameters, the test samples are constructed by using the theoretical and estimated values of drift parameters under the same stress, and based on the reasonable assumption that the test samples obey the normal distribution, the failure mechanism consistency discrimination is based on the t test method. Finally, taking the accelerated degradation test data of a certain type of resistors as an example, the above method is applied to discriminate the failure mechanism consistency, and the effectiveness of the method is verified.
