Electrical Life Prediction Method of AC Contactor Based on Fuzzy Neural Network
The paper studies the electrical life test device with residual electrical life prediction function,which can predict the residual electrical life of AC contactor online.Firstly, the life cycle database of AC contactor under AC4 condition is established.The audio frequency of AC contactor is collected, the spectrum characteristic data is analyzed, the arc energy is collected and calculated when the contactor is broken,and the quality loss data of each contactor is measured.Secondly, the residual electrical life prediction model of AC contactor is established by using the method of fuzzy neural network.After initialization of input data and training of neural network, the residual electrical life of this type of AC contactor can be predicted online.The method can improve the efficiency of electrical life test of AC contactor, reliability and safety of AC contactor,and it has important practical significance for shortening product design cycle.
