Arc Fault Detection Based on Wavelet Energy Entropy in Aviation Power System

  Aiming at the problems of complex environment, high real-time requirements and vulnerability to interference in the detection of aviation AC arc faults in this paper, the wavelet energy entropy is used as the characteristic quantity of the analysis.Starting from the theory of wavelet packet transform.The current signal is decomposed and reconstructed by selecting the appropriate wavelet packet order and decomposition layer number.The wavelet energy entropy is used to detect the arc fault under linear load and nonlinear with the information entropy theory;the test results show that the proposed method is more anti-interference than the traditional time domain analysis and makes up for the Fourier transform for time-frequency analysis of non-stationary signal,combines the advantages of information entropy on the statistical characteristics of uncertain events and complex systems.On the basis of satisfying the comprehensiveness and reliability of detection, it also shortens the detection time.There is a large promotion on the real-time detection.
