Optimization Simulation and Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of Magnetic Latching Relay

  Magnetic latching relay has been widely used due to its advantages of small size, low energy consumption and high stability.However, the reliability and service life of the magnetic latching relay are seriously affected due to the temperature rise, fusion welding and loss phenomenon caused by the bounce of the contact in the closing process.In order to solve this problem, the motion process of magnetic latching relay closing and disconnecting is studied and analyzed, the relevant dynamic mathematical model is established, the corresponding fuzzy control rules are designed, and the main circuit, mechanical motion module and fuzzy control optimization module are established by MATLAB Simulink.By fuzzy optimization of pulse current PWM control dynamically coil magnetic latching relay dynamic switching characteristics, greatly reduce collision speed when dynamic and static contact is closed,thus reducing the contact bounce between frequency and time, reduce caused by dynamic and static contact bounce of temperature rise and energy consumption,improve the magnetic latching relay reliability and service life, the study of magnetic latching relay development, production and processing has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
