Reliability Study on the Manufacturing and Test of Bimetallic Elements
For the problems in the unstable acting time with the delay characteristics during the manufacturing of thermomagnetic release for low-voltage circuit breaker, this article has described the principle, method and approach of the solution based on the research and analysis of the structural characteristics, manufacturing method and test approach of bimetallic element material for main parts, and raised a quick and convenient test method through theoretical computation, actual experiment and result analysis.While improving the productivity and guaranteeing the reliability of delay protection characteristics of the product, it ensures reliable operation of low-voltage circuit breaker in actual circuit.
