The Affecting Factors of the Electrical Insulation Performance of Polyurethane Elastomer
In this paper, the factors affecting the electrical insulation properties of polyurethane elastomers are analyzed by the experiments of the relationship between volume resistivity and temperature.The results show that the type of polyurethane elastomer has an effect on the electrical insulation, the degree of crosslinking has an effect on the electrical insulation, and the electrical insulation decreases with the increase of temperature Increasing the thickness of polyurethane elastomer can improve its electrical insulation performance, and impurities and defects can affect its electrical insulation performance.
