TESTING AND SIMULATION OF MID-HIGH FREQUENCY ACOUSTICS IN VEHICLE APPLYING STATISCAL ENERGY ANALYSIS METHOD
Aiming at the optimization of vehicle noise environment,a statistical energy method model for real vehicle is established.Unlike the existing studies, using vibration and noise test system, engine vibration acceleration and transmitted sound data are obtained.According to the ergonomics, the acoustic cavity in the car is reasonably divided, the coupling loss factor between subsystems is determined, and the test data is inputted to carry out the mid-high frequency simulation analysis of the acoustic cavity in the SUV.The simulated result of sound pressure level in the head of co-pilot cab is 65.59 dB(A) after being A-Weighted.Simulation results are compared with the actual sound pressure level measured by actual measurement, the simulation accuracy is within 5dB(A).By optimizing the vehicle insulation cotton, the sound pressure has reduced to 64.77 dB(A),sound insulation performance has been greatly improved.
