Applicationand preparation of intensive pigment dispersion system with stable concentration of particle size distribution

  This article focuses on pigment pad dyeing with composite emulsion of waterborne polyurethane and polyacrylate,analysis the influence in each performance of pigment dyed fabric by process parameters like the dosage of adhesives,time and temperature of drying and curing,the amount of antimigration agent systematically,the amount of penetrating agent,etc.Experimental results show that composite emulsion of waterborne polyurethane and polyacrylate has good coating property to pigment.By the optimized process conditions,the amount of adhesives is twenty percent of the total,the temperature of drying is 80℃,the time of drying is 180s,the temperature of curing is 150℃,the time of curing is 180s,the amount of antimigration agent systematically is two percent of pigment,the roll pressure is 1.6kg/cm2,the mixing time of dye is 15 minutes,no penetrating agent.The pigment dyed fabric has dyeing K/S values near 6.9,level 3-4 of dry rubbir fastness,level 3 of wet rubbing fastness.The textile is homogeneity in dyeing and soft to the touch.
