Study on synthesis and application of environmentally friendly ether-based disperse dyes

摘要：

　　Disperse dyes are a kind of dyes with excellent leveling and lifting power.At present,they have become an important product in the dyestuff industry.Traditional disperse dyes have small relative molecular weight and few water-soluble groups in their molecular structure.Dispersant should be added when dyeing,so that dyes can be evenly dispersed in the dye solution before dyeing.Because many kinds of dispersants have no affinity for fibers,they will be discharged into the water with the waste liquid,resulting in environmental pollution.By introducing the structure of monomethyl ether into the dye molecule,the ether-containing disperse dyes were obtained,so as to achieve the goal of less and no dispersant.
